Ellysia has been a huge fan of good food since early on. This is thanks to the incredible meals her parents made for her growing up and the travel around the world that they took her on expanding her palate. Always interested in the process, after graduating from Boston University she knew she wanted to use photography to tell stories whether that’s a chef coming to America to launch their first cookbook here to a local chocolate shop that transformed the way chocolate is done.

After transitioning from jewelry photography to owning her own business, she knew that food photography and telling the stories of business owners had to be a focus.
