As the summer season has officially come to a close, I have been using up the last of those ripe peaches and nectarines. One recipe that I completely loved was this Summer Nectarine Salad by Honestly Yum, recipe here. This was by far one of my favorite salads of the summer, it had an incredible balance of sweet and savory. Packed into the salad was Prosciutto, Buffalo Mozzarella, and Heirloom Tomatoes. Just a simple mix of Balsamic Vinegar and Olive Oil to top if off made this a delicious salad. Now transitioning to fall recipes, but this was one last awesome taste of summer. Frankly the weather in Boston this weekend was warm enough for it to still feel like summer, so it works for right now.
